Simplify data pipeline submit file

I think we discussed this IRL on Wednesday, but I remember being confused about the discussion.

I think the if statements in the data_pipeline.sub should be removed.
For the tutorial, the assumption should be that the jobs will only run on machines that already have the necessary AlphaFold3 databases.

I suggest the complicated logic is placed into a separate recipe example.

Looking at the data_pipeline.sh, it looks like there is some logic there for handling the "cannot find AF3 database" scenario. If you do remove the if statements from the submit file, then you'll also need to update the logic in the .sh file accordingly.
