Comments discussion: export the full timeline #688
Description
Provide a functionality for users with access to be able to export the full request timeline i.e comments for offline processing.
Export formats to be considered and be aligned JSON, CSV or PDF?
Context
This was requested from the CMS colleagues so that a conversation can be analyzed and group comments by line offline in a programmatic way.
