harvester - reports for curators

We need a reliable way for the curators to validate the harvester updates and creations. The logs are now quite complex and not fully user friendly - more helpful when debugging rather than understanding the update itself. What is useful to understand the update is in the diff - so autdit log. Therefore it would be useful to

• create a dedicated administration view accessible by harvester-curator role

• administration view would only show record.publish actions done by harvester user in specified timerange (one harvest)

• link to that admin view would be distributed by the email notification on the completed job

• inside the same e-mail we would include a link to download a raw log txt (similar to what github does for action logs)
