Implement what's done in the additional LUA script into the main pack file

It's a little hacky how it's handling holding buttons for some of the commands, can this be done without a additional script?

The lua script reads from usually unused memory every frame. I've used the crowd control pack to write to those memory addresses when controller interacting effects happen.

In Bizhawk Lua, the inputs are stored in an array, so I'm reading the players inputs, overwriting parts of the array, then passing the inputs to the game.

input["P1 R2"] = 1 is for the reverse camera (force holding R2)

input["P1 R1"] = 0
input["P1 L1"] = 0 is for no hopping/drifting (disable L1 and R1)

input["P1 Left"] = 0 and input["P1 Right"] = 0 for disabling left and right respectively

The circle input was unused behaviour at some point.
