Bidirectional (Double Arrow) Function Not Working as Expected

Description
I loaded the "Numbers" fasta and epi files to test bidirectionality in MT Dev (@mossy426-cdc I believe you have these files). When using the bidirectional function in the Link settings, all epi and DUO links display double arrows. However, there are cases in which only a single arrow is expected, as shown in the table below:
