Missing textures in circuit editor

A lot of logic element textures are missing in the circuit editor. I'm using Forge 14.23.5.2860, RC 1.12.2-0.3.1.3, CD4017BE Library 1.12.2-6.5.1. Please advise.

are you using vintagefix?
if so just set mixin.textures to false
