Test Cases for Input Arguments

As highlighted in PR #76 there isn't sufficent testing in place to detect if there are any issues related to using both CLI and YAML input, at the moment the test cases only take into account the inputs as an isolated case. More tests should make sure it is able to handle all conditions.
