I'm new in using GNPS feature based molecular networking and was playing around with the workflow for Progenesis QI and test data sets stored in the Github folder.
bug description:
There is always the same error message coming up even with use of the provided test data set. Is anyone able to use the Progenesis QI workflow with this test data set or did I anything wrong?
