- Access is provisioned after purchase validation.
- Repository and license access are limited to licensed entity users.
- Seat and usage limits follow purchased plan terms.
- Fees are due according to invoice/order terms.
- Non-payment may result in suspension of access and support.
- Customer is responsible for secure operation of deployed environments.
- Customer must maintain access controls and protect credentials.
- Security issues should be reported privately per SECURITY.md.
Customer agrees not to use Klienta in violation of applicable law, sanctions, or export controls.
