Heltec v3 support

Discovered this project and wondered is it possible to run/port it on Heltec LoRa 32(v3) board. It has display but i don't sure about touchscreen

This board has a OLED screen, by the way. (I also have this board!)

Oh forgot to say it doesn't have a touchscreen, but there is a built-in library for controlling such displays via the built-in buttons.

I've gotten pretty far but am slightly stuck on the display (I'll test the latest build tomorrow, so I'm not sure if my latest fixes actually worked).
My fork has a lot (a lot :D) of stuff, but that's currently where it's being implemented: https://github.com/NellowTCS/Tactility

A few updates:
Ignore the poor quality (lol) but this is what the board looks like so far:

The battery icon shouldn't be like that, yep.

I moved the implementation to a different branch here.

The implementation is all but complete, except for:

• the Launcher and Boot apps' sizing issues (definitely applies to other apps as well, but that can (and probably will) be fixed later).
• and the above bug related to the driver.
• and LoRa support, but this also will be done later

meanwhile me:

1. Flashed meshtastic
2. Getting bluetooth and wifi problems, input lag in beta firmware (stable also) and... no nodes around my position

Probably not, as this is a display problem, and I have to test, tweak, test, tweak, etc... until it works :/
If you know what's wrong that would be amazing lol.
