Add proper responsiveness to the whole admin dashboard. Also remove the dashboard and pipeline option from the side bar. #1
Description
Add topics, subtopics, modules, content, questions, dialogues and agents options in sidebar.
Also refactor the complete admin panel code to be completely responsive.
