ftpdmin is 32bit only #1

Hello,
Just so you - or anyone who happens to find this repository - know, the tool ftpdmin which is used as an external process to setup an ftp server is currently built as a 32bit executable.
You can download the source at http://www.sentex.net/~mwandel/ftpdmin/ - there's a makefile provided but it's C and links with ws2_32.lib.
So this solution to integration test your ftp client will not work on a 64bit machine.
