Any reason you haven't chosen an OSI approved license?

Hey! I mainly wanted to keep the exclusive rights to sell the software, while it should also stay open for non-commercial / research purposes. So far I haven't seen a license that fits those needs better. From a quick glance in the links above, I see the issues for CC licenses for software though, so I might change it in the future if I encounter a better model.

In case there are any uncertainties or your circumstances require a different license, I'm always open to talk about it. :)
