exampleLocalNotifications not touch all users

Hi,
The exampleLocalNotifications is not reached all users. I got professional plan on buildfire and I would like to make a plugin to send push notification. I did a test based on your plugin.

Are you using Local Notifications or Push Notifications? Local notifications is only for that device. Push Notifications if broadcasted to all devices or a sub set of devices.

I was using Local Notifications, was a mistake right? I changed the method for buildfire.notifications.alert(options, callback), is it the right method for push notifications? Im testing but i guess not. Can you help me ? Wish method I need use to send push notifications? So to cut to the chase. There is no way to trigger a public push notification from a device to all other devices. We do have something similar on our to-do list but I cant tell you exactly when since priorities are constantly changing.

For now the only way to do this is on the control panel (http://app.buildifre.com) using

Is there a way to access device token? So I would to use Ionic to trigger the push notification public. you can see some other way to trigger push outside buildfire throught my app? I think you are mixing up all the different types of Notifications. (I'll make note to adjust the documentation)

There are:

• Push Notifications: These Notification are sent from the server to registered devices. The app doesnt need to be turned on for this. This can be broadcasted out to many devices
  Example: Send a Push notification to all users that tomorrow there is an event in the city

• Local Notification: They are similar Push notifications in behavior. However, the are triggered by the app for that single device. These notifications can be scheduled for the future and triggered while the app is killed. However, the setup of the notification is done while the app is open
  Example: When the app opens schedule a notification 24 hours in the future for this device to say "Check out todays news"

• Notifications in the generic sense. These are HUD's (Alerts), Confirms, beeps, vibrations standard device notifications for the user

Now as for accessing the device's id. You currently dont have this option. However, we can look into exposing it for you (not that big of a deal). You still would need the certificate setup for both iOS and Android to to send notifications outside of the system.

Finally, We are planning on exposing a public api for push notifications. However, timeline is not clear. I would suggest contacting proservices@buildfire.com to see if they can help speed up the process for you.
