DynamicDropdownTV use with MIGX

Hello!

I'm sorry to trouble you, tell please: can I use DynamicDropdownTV with MIGX? I have migx tv schools, and a nested MIGX tv "groups" for every scool. How can I use this tv to choose only groups for selected school? Ofcourse, if I can do that.
