Demo to illustrate switching from PTB's Quest to mQUESTPluse

Psychtoolbox (psychtoolbox.org) contains a Matlab implementation of the original Quest algorithm and some variants.

It would be nice to write a short demo showing how to do the same thing as that Quest does, using mQUESTPlus.
