Admin panel for token permission distribution #10
Description
An admin panel located on the site may be useful to distribute tokens.
The admin panel would carry the same login credentials as would be needed for access to the phpmyadmin page.
The panel should have the following options:
- Create a token
- Delete a token
- Modify a token
- Set token permissions
