Big problems. #2

Have a bit BIG troubles.
I have the s10+ ( SM-G975F ) & I can't use at all my high quality bluetooth headphones ( Nuraloops ).
When people call you, I recive the audio font by 2 ways, I listen it on headphones, but I listen it too on internal speakers.
Thats not the BIG problem, because when I enter on a callmode with my headphones, It turns impossible to communicate, I cant understand the other people, its like sound glitching.
And the another big problem, is rhe Volume, with my Bluetooth headphones, the volume is ****** And I have all volume settings set to MAX.
Pls fix this troubles, because the ROM have a cute AOSP custom design & I love it....
