Way to add craftable enchanted items?

I've been trying to get a new ore reusing the emerald
It had a special name and enchantment but I can't seem to get it to save, only reply I'm getting
-Error saving recipe changes: Check your log for more details
Also can't find the logs for this mod...

There is no special log. You can just upload your debug.log or if that isn't generated the latest.log should also be enough to diagnose the issue.

The crafttweaker.log only shows the recipes that save successfully, debug log is nowhere to be seen
