It looks like you are mixing opensource and free software terms. Opensource means source code is available (which is) and free software is about freedom (which you are not giving).
And maybe you could reconsider your choice, why not publish this software as free software? Bonus points:
- anybody else can cooperate, send merge request, enhance your project
- bonus during looking for new job, because free software is trend now
