Issue when start vehicle without wifi

Describe the bug

Car: 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT
Hardware: Comma 4
Software: bluepilot (Build: 2025.003.000 / Jan 19)
​Issue Summary:
If the vehicle is started in an environment without a known Wi-Fi network, the device hangs on the blue text splash screen for over 20 minutes before finally bypassing it and loading the driving UI.
​Steps to Reproduce:
​Scenario A (Home - Success): Start car -> connects to home Wi-Fi -> UI loads instantly.
​Scenario B (Away - Failure): Start car away from known Wi-Fi -> Splash screen hangs. If I wait 20+ minutes, it eventually boots. If I turn on my phone's hotspot during the hang, it connects and loads the UI instantly.

Can you test away from known WiFi, but using a phone charger instead of car for power? Attempting to determine if it is canbus related or not.

Tested as suggested and yielded with the same issue without Wi-Fi.

I was having the same issue over the past four days. I toggled through the comma 4 menu and discovered a "failed update" Hit refresh and it does appear to be booting correctly with and without a wifi connection. Hope this helps.

@furspotusa please check for updates on your home wifi and see if that resolves the issue.
