Unclean shutdown detected, DAG data was damaged, Can't find tip

I get an Unclean shutdown detected and the node worker is stopped. Is there a way to clean up the damaged tip without restartWithCleanup.sh? It takes a few days to resync the data and is there anyway to speed up sync? Do I have to create a snapshot every time?

I guess, when stopping the node through docker compose down or docker stop, docker does not give enough time for node to completely shutdown and sends the SIGKILL command to forcefully terminate the container. I think a work around would be to add a customized timeout with a number of seconds to let the container tidy up for a clean shutdown. e.g. docker stop --time=240 my_container, 240 being in seconds.
