+Ariane is a Machine Learning Engineer, Microsoft MVP, and passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech. She is the newly appointed Chair of PyCon Africa, and also leads the DSF's Diversity & Inclusion Working Group, driving equitable growth across global open-source communities.

+As the first Cameroonian woman to earn the Microsoft MVP Award in Python, Ariane blends technical fluency with strategic leadership across initiatives like DjangoCon Africa, UbuCon Africa, EuroPython, PyLadies, and Django Girls. From mentoring emerging contributors to organizing conferences and building partnerships, she cultivates inclusive spaces that promote collaboration, accessibility, and innovation. Her mission is to build bridges, dismantle barriers, and ensure open-source remains a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and supported.
