nation creation one call #12
Description
As discussed in private chat, the nation has to be created in one function call. We will safe metadata about the nation in an object that is uploaded to ipfs. The smart contract will only hold the the has of it (e.g. QmbFMke1KXqnYyBBWxB74N4c5SBnJMVAiMNRcGu6x1AwQH). The hash point's to the nation data in ipfs.
Fields that should be removed form the contract it self and will be in the contract from now on are:
