I'll be hosting a zoom session tomorrow (Friday) at 11am. I can stay until everyone feels up to speed. Please drop in for help, to ask questions or just to lurk. I'll take a look at the plotting issues some encountered today. If there is a bug, I'll find a resolution and post the update here.

Your homework is create a Rmarkdown document that creates the models for your first species (but you could do one for your second, too, if you like). Keep in mind the context, a set of pictures and some explanatory text are most meaningful. Plus, you will get some Rmarkdown practice to help you prepare your final paper using Rmarkdown (optional!)
