Your homework is create a Rmarkdown document that creates the models for your first species (but you could do one for your second, too, if you like). Keep in mind the context, a set of pictures and some explanatory text are most meaningful. Plus, you will get some Rmarkdown practice to help you prepare your final paper using Rmarkdown (optional!)

The bug has been resolved by updating the maxent R package. Let me know if you continue to have issues.

You should be able to run this command model_fit_varimp_plot(model_fits) to generate a variable relative importance plot like this...
