[Feature]: Add VectorChord and ParadeDB - PGVector compatible

I'd like to be able to utilize PGVector-compatible alternatives

ParadeDB
VectorChord DB

Both offer additional functionality such as BM25 and HybridSearch to improve the only Vector-based semantic search.
VectorChord has a quantization feature to significantly improve search speed and reduce disk footprint that is vital for scalability.
