Obtain the player's skin from Skinsrestorer

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Players enjoy using Skinsrestorer to change their skins within the server. Currently, the panel of BentoBox retrieves the official player skin data from the external network by default. I hope the panel can obtain the player's skin data from Skinsrestorer instead.
And my server's access to the Mojang API and the cache-server both have poor network conditions and are rather slow.

I considered using a menu plugin instead, but it seems that it's not possible to achieve this functionality without specifically writing a plugin for it.

This is a bit of a niche third-party dependency. SkinsRestorer has their own API but maintaining a hook for one skin plugin would be too much to do. Respectfully declined.
