Restore detailed island logging before /sba purge <days> execution

In previous versions of BentoBox, executing the /sba purge <days> command would log the exact islands and their owners before deletion. However, in the latest version, the command only outputs the number of islands to be deleted, without listing the specific owners. This makes it difficult for admins to review which islands will be removed before executing the purge.

Please restore the previous functionality where the command /sba purge <days> logs the names of the island owners before proceeding with the deletion. This would allow admins to verify the islands being purged and prevent unintended removals.

@lOlkOmOx I've redeveloped the way that purging works and there is now an admin command called purge regions [days] that will check for old regions files, relate them to islands, and delete them if they are old. The command works in the same way as before - run it once and you'll get a list of potential islands, locations and owners. Confirm and it'll delete them. It is very quick because it's just handling files. However, I recommend you pick a days number that results in just a few islands to start, e.g. a big number of days.

You can try it, but of course test it out on a backup of your server first, or take a backup just in case. This code literally deletes region files.

I have tested it on a small number of files/islands, but I don't have anything large to try. Please have a go and see if it helps and see if there are any problems. If so, I'll fix them if I can. But take backups or use a copy for testing!!

There are some edge cases I think might need to be addressed, e.g. a player has multiple islands and hasn't visited one for a long time but is active on another one. In that case maybe their island shouldn't be deleted.
Also, I have heard of situations where the team members are still active but the owner has gone. I should probably check for that situation too but that's less important. If they are active then their regions should be active too.
Finally there could be a very large island spanning multiple regions and the player is active on only one tiny part of the island.
So, still some work to do.
