large genome bug

when I ran large genome(44G) with trf，this program send follow bug:
Loading sequence...
Error: Insufficient memory
Error: Error while loading sequence
so , I try to use one chr(4G) to run, also send that bug.
how can I fix this bug?

my parameters is 2 7 7 80 10 50 2000 -d -h, software version 4.09.1
