SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL #8

Hey,Can any one help me out on SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL.
I am getting an error such as := Couldn't load from 'http://example.com/soap/soap.wsdl' : failed to load external entity "http://example.com/soap/soap.wsdl".
Please suggest an answer.
