[Bug]: Shows successful env installation before installation is done

Description

When installing before setting the configuration, besman says env installation successful.

Expected behaviour

Should not say successful installation

Actual behaviour

NA

Steps to reproduce

1. Clone besman
2. Install from master/develop
3. run install command
