getting virtualization startup error messages
intel cpu
VT-x (Virtualization) is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX).

amd is mainly the same except
AMD-V is not available (VERR_SVM_NO_SVM)
yet when I used oracle virtualBox 7.2.6 or even hyper-v they just work so its not a bios virtualization issue.
even tried guides on this issue and yet no dice.
