update: blueagent — new repo, CLI, MCP tools, agent collab

Updates the blueagent skill to reflect the current state of Blue Agent.

Key changes

• New repo: madebyshun/blue-agent (was blueagent-x402-services)
• New homepage: https://blueagent.dev
• MCP tools: 6 tools via npx skills add blueagent — blue_idea, blue_build, blue_audit, blue_ship, blue_raise, blue_score
• CLI: 31 commands via npm install -g @blueagent/cli
• Agent collab: Blue Agent now accepts signals from Aeon and feeds scenarios to MiroShark — bridge files + shared schemas at github.com/madebyshun/blue-agent/tree/main/collab
• Discovery endpoint: blueagent.dev/.well-known/agent.json
• Signal/simulate endpoints: blueagent.dev/api/signal, blueagent.dev/api/simulate
