Test bundle after metrics update after 0.10.2 release

Looks like an update to the metrics is coming in 0.10.2, https://github.com/actions/actions-runner-controller/milestone/26

We should do a test run for the script after it's shipped

0.11.0 has been released. This is ready to test now. I'll try to get to it this week or next.
