Timeout value not working

Running 2026.2.1 Home Assistant

the timeout value doesnt seem to reflect and it stays on 15 seconds, checked with new private browsers and this occurs on wall tablets as well as browsers

I don't understand whether the code should be at the beginning or the end of my dashboard, whether it should be placed only on the dashboard that opens by default or on all dashboards, whether the dashboard name should be home or the name given to the main dashboard, in my case "home-tablet." It simply doesn't work.
Of course, I placed the js file in the www directory and then added it to the resources. Here's the code I placed in home-tablet (I also added card-tool, even though it wasn't necessary).
