shortterm fix for CLIR scanned pages to be linked to Ecoreader?

currently in the CLIR grant all digitized pages are hosted in IA, where they sit invisible to ecoreader.

I know the pending grant may address this issue but what can we do now?

Lets talk about this when we meet next week.

the current harvesting mechanism relies on the dir. structure at TACC... this looks a bit different.

At any rate, i'd like to make the harvesting a better/simpler process.
