Can we sort siblings based on particular field

There is a sort method in Balkan which we are using to sort the tree, but in our new requirement we need the whole tree to be sorted with maybe alphabetical order, but only the siblings should be sorted in their birth date/time is it possible, if so please guide us to achieve it, Thanks.
