Logic App Conversational Agent Issues during test

Describe the Bug

Hi, not sure is me or what. I am trying out Azure Logic App Conversational Agent. I am following msft learn tutorial https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/logic-apps/create-conversational-agent-workflows
and when i click the chat button at the workflow designer. The chat window do launch but there is no greeting message. When I type a query. The agent did not respond and forever showing agenty typing .....

May i know where has gone wrong?

Additional context

The uploaded video got nothing because i am now testing its bare minimal of asking the agent to just say "Hello World".

After a while this is the error i gotten.

This issue is stale because it has been open for 45 days with no activity.
