CycleCloud creates Basic Public IPv4 Address, which are not available anymore

Basic Public IPv4 Addresses will be retired on 30 September and they're already assigned zero quota in all regions in a new subscription. This is what CycleCloud tries to reserve for a head node, so currently one has to manually request a quota increase first.

I have the same problem, what is the workaround or how can i instruct the nodes to declare "Standard" SKU PublicIPs instead of the BAsic ones which have 0 quota?

I found what appears to be a workaround for this: you can create a public IP address and update your config file to point to this (following https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cyclecloud/how-to/network-security?view=cyclecloud-8 ), instead of to a generated IP. It seems when cyclecloud tries to generate a new IP address it tries to do a basic SKU IP address.
