How to set content disposition for blob storage

I am trying to upload the pdf file and trying to set the content-disposition inline to preview it on the browser.

$content = fopen($targetdir.'/'.$fileToUpload, "r");
$options = new CreateBlobOptions();
$options->setContentDisposition('inline');
$blobClient->createBlockBlob($containerName, $fileToUpload, $content, $options);
