[Technical Question] Provisioning Service Client and DPS 2.1.0-Preview

Hello,

I have some quick questions on the project -

• Why was 2.1.0-preview released without being tagged and not on the release page?
  I happened to find it here, as the most recent release in two years so thought it a good choice for my project
• Why was 2.1.0-preview branched from main? It does not include RBAC authentication from previous preview branch "features/provisioningSDK_RBAC", as was used for release 2.0.1-preview
  I am hoping to make use of RBAC authentication with the Provisioning Service Client in my project
• The IoT SDK moved to another repo; Will DPS code also move to a different repo?

• Provisioning service client 2.1.0-preview was released specifically for this feature.

• This recent preview release is largely just for testing this new feature internally (though you can certainly use this release), so we didn't include any other preview features alongside it. AFAIK RBAC auth for DPS is still in preview, though.

• We aren't sure just yet, but we will update this repo with that news if it happens
