4-dotnet-isolated needs runtime information

Today, when we upgrade our project from using 9.0.305 SDK to 9.0.306 SDK, it requires a bump in runtime to 9.0.10.
Standard .net images provide information on what runtime is used with what images.
With isolated fn images, I have to pull the image and do manual inspections to know what hash to upgrade to. Can you please add runtime tags?
