Add SQL Server availability group 

Add the necessary VMs to contain SQL Server on an Availability Group, with 2 nodes (1 primary, 1 secondary) in either sync or async replicas. It will assist test and demonstrating: using Arc to monitor AG status and replica information, perform failover, and support executing BPA on AGs when that feature is available.

preferably these nodes should be using Enterprise Edition
