Do deployments in Azure AIStudio incur costs when they are not being used?

During the example I wondered if deployments in Azure AI Studio incur any costs when created but not used?
Couldn't find anything regarding this in the docs.

Hello @FabianAltendorfer, the deployments created in this sample repo are using dedicated compute clusters, which will incur consistent costs.
