QnA Maker many:many samples

Would it be possible for someone to build a template for Q&A Maker that would work for many questions : many answer relationships? Are table formats parse correctly? Or potentially documentation on what the parser is looking for to support many:many questions.

I guess I could include an example:

Q1: What products do you have that are 30wt?
Q2: What oil is 5-30?
A1: Mobil1 5-30

How would I build something like that into a .docx so that it would be parsed to create 2 questions with 1 answer?
