Network switcher #4
Description
Create a dropdown switcher similar to Dashtecs.
- Should show "Mainnet ˅" on the mainnet version
- Should show "Testnet ˅" on the testnet version
- When clicking the button, show a dropdown to switch to the other version.
- When clicking on another version name in the dropdown, direct the user to that version.
