FR: Allow Armoria link for emblems instead of only PNG/SVG

Problem
Right now you always have to store a full PNG or SVG for custom COAs, but a link to Armoria would make the .map file much more compact and remove the need to first download an SVG from Armoria.

Solution
Allow a 3rd 'upload' option: Armoria URL

Alternatives
None I can think of...

Preferably, you may want to store only the COA string so that:

• it will keep working if the Armoria URL changes
• the emblem renderer of FMG itself could handle it without needing an API call

Potentially yes, but that's a lot of work that has to be done correctly to not break anything.

The only drawback with using a URL (or even just the blazon-string) is when custom charges have been used on Armoria, which is something to take into account as well...

Or if you changed the default colors, or if you use damasking, etc (basically, anything that relies on user configuration). In these cases, just upload an image.

Fair... But when you do the URL, you'd also want to at least scan and warn for non-standard things that you can check. Custom charges are fairly obvious in that regard.
But yeah at least a warning popup that reminds a user of those might be helpful (with a never show again checkbox, ideally)

I'm not familiar with the FMG codebase, but from what I gather, each burg stores a COA object. Wouldn't it be straightforward to update it with what the user provides?
