Add CPT Real Estate Settings

In the GD CPT > Settings > General
Add a new section for Real Estate MLS:

Settings:

Enable MLS import for this CPT - (toggle switch)
This will then show Filters for the user to be able to filter the listings to import.
At this point I'm not 100% what filters we should have but at the very lease a location filter, and a property type filter
