Creating community of users

Need to have more people as contributor and collaborators on the platform. This calls for a need of platform like slack.

We have a telegram channel here for Avocado in general. However, I agree it might be a good idea to create a channel specifically for developers contributing to the platform.
I'll look into setting it up. Thanks!
