Add Speech Recognition to the Permissions drop down

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The section to manage app permissions such as Microphone access is missing Speech Recognition. It'd be great to be able to reset that permission individually like the other permissions instead of having to reset all.

Add "Speech Recognition" to the Permissions picker so that permission can be granted or revoked from RocketSim.

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. Deleting the app and starting fresh
2. Running the reset command from the terminal:

tccutil reset SpeechRecognition

@matthewloewen great idea, but I'm a bit limited to the xcrun simctl privacy. I'll keep this open, but it probably requires hacking the Simulator to solve this (which I did before for push notifications).
